The Victorian Virtual ED is an online platform, connecting you with healthcare professionals from the comfort of your own home. You’ll speak with a team of nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors who can provide medical assistance. Head to https://www.vved.org.au/ to access this service, where you'll need to: Register for an account with your smartphone, computer, or device, providing simple details to create your profile. Log in to your account and follow the user-friendly instructions to book a virtual consultation. Connect with a healthcare professional who will assess your symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice. Interpreters are available and you can request one during the registration process.
